Getting Involved -- An individual gets involved in UIF Virtual Mentor™ activities by completing a UIF registration.  Every individual who registers is automatically endowed by UIF with the ability to participate in UIF Virtual Mentor™, use our Open-System Mentoring™ and engage UIF Navigation, Knowledge and Empowerment mentoring resources.  (See UIF Virtual Mentor™ for more.)

Being Involved – The most fascinating thing about being involved is that, once you are involved, you create the opportunity to find, understand and release the Uncommon Individual residing within you.  There are many ways of being involved in UIF Virtual Mentor™.

Individual Participant – Any individual who is a participant in a Mentorsphere™, either as a Protégé, Mentege™, Mentor or as any other accepted participant.

Investing in Yourself – Refers to the ways an Individual Participant spends time, interest, energies and effort in Mentorsphere™ activities.

Investing in Others - Refers to the ways an Individual Participant spends time, interest, energies and effort in Mentorsphere™ activities in support of other participants.

Mentorsphere™ -- Refers to UIF UIF Virtual Mentor™ operational infrastructure and its Navigation mentoring resource operational infrastructure.  This infrastructure and mentoring resources enable each Individual Participant to functionally operate and make investments in both themselves and others.

By participating in a Mentorsphere™, the same Individual Participant, while investing in themselves, is frequently simultaneously making an investment in others, and vice versa. An individual intentionally attempts to make an investment in themselves by registering and initiating their personal My Mentorsphere™ enterprise. This enables them to utilize UIF Virtual Mentor™ and engage mentoring resources to assist them in forming and pursuing their Dreams. An individual intentionally attempts to make an investment in others by agreeing to participate in someone else’s Mentorsphere™. 

In every case, the aim of enabling you to participate in a Mentorsphere™, whether personal (My Mentorsphere™) or venture-oriented (Venture Mentorsphere™) is for you to create the opportunity to discover the Uncommon Individual that resides within you.  In doing so, you can realize a personal self-improvement return on the investment you make in yourself and a similar return on the investment you make in others, simply by participating.
