There are two focused types and purposes of Mentorsphere™ enterprises.  First, there is My Mentorsphere™, your personal and confidential mentoring enterprise.  Next, there are Venture Mentorsphere™ enterprises, which can be either an entrepreneurial development and commercialization venture, or an entrepreneurial personal interest, shared participation and education venture.

Once you complete your UIF registration, you are endowed by the UIF and you become an Individual Participant in UIF Virtual Mentor™.  Your endowment automatically and simultaneously initiates your personal and confidential My Mentorsphere™ mentoring enterprise, engages the UIF Navigation mentoring resource and identifies any additional UIF mentoring resources your endowment makes available to you.  As an Individual Participant, in addition to your My Mentorsphere™, you may also create a entrepreneurial Venture Mentorsphere™ for each development and commercialization venture, or personal interest, shared participation and education venture you wish to lead.

My Mentorsphere™

My Mentorsphere™ is an individual, personal and confidential mentoring enterprise, consisting initially of the specific Individual Participant whose endowment initiated it.  This individual is also the identified enterprise Leader.  If the enterprise Leader is participating as a Protégé, here they set forth their dreams. As part of their enterprise they may also create their self-designed Mentorage™.  A Mentorage™ is a group of individuals selected by the Leader who agree to be available as a mentoring resource to assist the Leader in pursuit of their dreams. If the Individual Participant is participating as a Mentor or other participant, they may still want to set forth their dreams and create their Mentorage™ to pursue their dreams similar to a Protégé. Alternatively, they may use their personal My Mentorsphere™ enterprise to store, organize, administer and manage their UIF mentoring activities consistent with their own dreams.

Venture Mentorsphere™

A Venture Mentorsphere™ mentoring enterprise consists of an entrepreneurial venture. Such venture can consist of a development and commercialization venture or, a personal interest, shared participation and education venture. A development and commercialization venture includes ventures that involve the development and commercialization of a technology, product, service or a combination thereof.  We identify this type of venture as an EVenture™. A personal interest, shared participation and education venture includes ventures that involve a mutual interest in any activity or topic such as skateboarding, rock climbing, art and history, with a purpose of shared participation and education. We refer to this type of venture as an ADVenture™. UIF considers each EVenture™ or Adventure™ with appropriate inspired leadership, as the identified entrepreneurial Venture Project of a dedicated Venture Mentorsphere™.  Each Venture Mentorsphere™ enterprise consists of a Venture Leader, Venture Project, and a  Mentorage™. A Mentorage™ is a group of individuals, selected by the Venture Leader, who agree to be available as a mentoring resource to assist the Venture Leader in pursuit of their dreams for the Venture Project.

The purpose of each Mentorsphere™ whether personal (My Mentorsphere™) or venture-oriented (Venture Mentorsphere™) is for each Leader or Venture Leader to organize and lead their mentoring activities. Here they create, enable and lead a mentoring cultural environment in support of focusing and pursuing their dreams.  Each Individual Participant is permitted to be the Leader for only the one personal My Mentorsphere™ enterprise that is automatically initiated with their registration. However, the same Individual Participant may be the Venture Leader for one or more Venture Mentorsphere™ enterprises, one for each Venture Project they choose to initiate, lead and pursue. In each case, the individual who initiates a Mentorsphere™, no matter if it is a My Mentorsphere™ or Venture Mentorsphere™, must agree to be its Leader. 

In each personally focused My Mentorsphere™, the Leader/Protégé identifies and focuses their dreams, as best they can and leads the effort to pursue them. In each Venture Mentorsphere™, the Venture Leader identifies their Venture Project and their dreams for its objectives. In either situation, it is the responsibility of the Leader and Venture Leader to organize and engage the mentoring resources they think they need to assist them in pursuing their dreams and the dreams of the Mentorsphere™ enterprise they lead.

The dreams of any My Mentorsphere™ enterprise Leader should not be in conflict with dreams posted in any Venture Mentorsphere™ enterprise they also initiate and lead. Certainly, in every life transition during a life journey, in order to have the greatest opportunity for success and happiness, the personal dreams of an Individual Participant would need to be consistent with their entrepreneurial venture dreams.

The makeup of each Mentorsphere™ enterprise includes all forms of mentoring resources the enterprise Leader/Protégé decides are necessary in their pursuit of their dreams.  These resources include Protégés, Mentors, Menteges™, books, voices of authoritative wisdom, inspirational speeches, quotes etc.
