Most importantly, no matter how they identify themselves or what they want to accomplish, we hope to be available to all individuals with the desire to make their life journeys interesting and each life transition enjoyable along the way.  Each individual who participates in UIF mentoring utilizes the framework of UIF Virtual Mentor™ (this website’s infrastructure and UIF mentoring resources) to create a confidential My Mentorsphere™ enterprise. Here individuals utilize UIF Open-System Mentoring™ to employ available mentoring resources.  

Open-System Mentoring™ is organized with three distinct arenas of mentoring resources.  The three arenas are called Navigation, Knowledge and Empowerment.  The distinct arenas together are designed to enable, educate and motivate an Individual Participant in forming dreams and conducting successful life transitions. Everyone’s personal life journey involves several life transitions, many of which are naturally occurring, and others which are created by individual decisions, either personally or by others. In every life transition, an Individual Participant has the opportunity to become the creative agent in forming and focusing their Dream for their future, passionately creating it – having the best opportunity to navigate through the obstacles, arriving at the desired destination.
 
UIF encourages every Individual Participant to create a confidential My Mentorsphere™ enterprise, and use UIF Open-System Mentoring™ to plan, organize and manage life transitions. Our infrastructure is intended to assist each individual in navigating, from any present situation or life circumstance, toward desired goals which are consistent with an individual’s future Dreams.
