Open-System Mentoring™ has three arenas in which an individual participates. Each arena has a particular purpose as set forth below. We understand that in actuality, there is no real separation between each one or a correct order for an individual to participate in them. Therefore, it is possible to engage in all three mentoring experiences simultaneously. It is also possible for you to be operating in Navigation and to simultaneously experience participation in Knowledge and/or Empowerment at a variety of levels of participation.

Following are the three arenas together with a very brief description of the benefits of your participation (see UIF Virtual Mentor™ for more).

1. Navigation---Focusing Your Dream to a vision, then an objective and then a goal while you simultaneously refine and engage your passionate pursuit of realizing your goal with the effective use of the mentoring resources you cultivate, engage and are available to assist you.
             
   
2. Knowledge---Personal enlightenment of your unique set of core strengths and the organization or creation of your Dream. 
   
   
3. Empowerment---Dream refinement, risk assessment, additional enlightenment and the initiation of your passion to focus and pursue your Dream.
