There are two focused types and purposes of Mentorsphere™ participation.  First, there is My Mentorsphere™, your individual, personal and confidential mentoring enterprise.  Next, there is Venture Mentorsphere™, which is an entrepreneurial venture that could be either a development and commercially oriented venture or, a personal interest, shared participation and education oriented venture.

Once you complete your UIF registration, you are endowed by the UIF and you become an Individual Participant in UIF Virtual Mentor™.  Your endowment automatically and simultaneously initiates your personal and confidential My Mentorsphere™ mentoring enterprise, engages the UIF Navigation arena mentoring resource and identifies any additional UIF mentoring resources your endowment makes available to you.  As an Individual Participant, in addition to your My Mentorsphere™, you may also create a Venture Mentorsphere™ for each entrepreneurial, development and commercialization, or shared participation and educational venture you wish to lead. Following are additional descriptions of My Mentorsphere™ and Venture Mentorsphere™.

My Mentorsphere™ – An Individual Participant’s personal, confidential and identity-based enterprise, consisting initially of the specific Individual Participant whose endowment initiates it. This individual is also the identified enterprise Leader. If the enterprise Leader is a Protégé, here they define and set forth their dreams. As part of their enterprise they may also create their self-designed Mentorage™.  A Mentorage™ is a group of individuals selected by the Leader as a mentoring resource to assist them in pursuit of their dreams. If the Individual Participant is a Mentor or Mentege™, they may still want to set forth their dreams and create their self-designed Mentorage™ to pursue their dreams similar to a Protégé’s objective. Alternatively, a Mentor or Mentege™ may use their personal My Mentorsphere™ enterprise to store, organize, administer and manage their UIF mentoring activities.

Venture Mentorsphere™ an Individual Participant's entrepreneurial enterprise consisting of either a development and commercialization venture identified as an EVenture™ or, a personal interest, shared participation and education venture, referred to as an ADVenture™. An EVenture™ includes entrepreneurial ventures that involve the development and commercialization of a technology, product, service or a combination thereof. An ADVenture™ is a personal interest, shared participation and education entrepreneurial venture that involve a mutual interest in any activity or topic, such as skateboarding, rock climbing, art and history, with a purpose of shared participation and education. Each EVenture™ or ADVenture™ is identified as a Venture Project.  Each Venture Mentorsphere™ consists of a Venture Leader, Venture Project, and a Venture Mentorage™. A Mentorage™ is a group of individuals, selected by the Venture Leader, who agree to be available as a mentoring resource to assist the Venture Leader in pursuit of their dreams for the Venture Project.
