Private Investor – An individual or group of individuals or entity often associated with the family, a Mentor or friend of the Mentorsphere™ Leader, who chooses to financially support the Dreams of the Mentorsphere™ Leader with the hope of a financial return.

Angel Investor - An individual, group of individuals or entity that makes an early-stage financial investment in support of a Venture Leader and their Venture Project with goal of a financial return.

Venture Capitalist – An individual, group of individuals or entity that makes a later-stage investment in support of a Venture Leader and their Venture Project. A Venture Capitalist is generally accountable to its own third party investors, and makes investments in an organized and risk considered way with a clear expectation of a financial return.
